Brighton Refurbishment Queen Street
Working with a high end Property Consultancy company in Brighton, RAP have secured a 7000 sq ft strip out and refurbishment of office space, ready for their new tenant. Based in Queen Street the refurbishment will take 7 weeks. Currently in the strip out phase we will be fitting this out to CAT A standard, acoustic control, with Air conditioning, flooring, partitions, ceilings, decorations, lighting. Additionally RAP will be refurbishing two sets of washroom facilities.
