Swan Housing - Pilgrim House, Essex
The refurbishment of Pilgrim House, Billericay. Commenced on the 6th of June 2008, by RAP for Swan Housing Association.
Features of the Refurbishment include:
- The dated office partitions all to be demolished
- The building constructed of concrete and heated by central heating, all to replaced by AC
- The central core of the building housing toilet facilities, all to be reconfigured
- Air handling duct work parts for installation
- New meeting room with interactive white board and RGB projector
- Ceiling grid with tiles and lighting installed. Skirting conduit on each floor
- Double glazed office (right), First aid room (left
- New meeting room and corner office
- Open plan office space with carpets and furniture installed
- Reception area awaiting soft seating and reception counter, AV install by RAP
