Hendon Factory Conversion

Spaceconsulting - working on a project for their client - the complete refurb of and Industrial unit in Hendon. The 4500sq ft space will provide office space over 2 floors and storage/workshop faclilites for around 20 staff. The project started in March 08 and to last 8 weeks with full project management with the complete demoiltion of existing space, the installation of 2 new mezzanines, partitions, ceilings, lighting, flooring and decoration.
