We provide our clients with Risk Assessments and Method Statement for all aspects of the project programme. We fully oversee and project manage the entire office refurbishment works with all trades being instructed, controlled and directed by RAP.
Our dedicated project Managers are Health & Safety trained and the complete fit out is carried out within CDM regulations, our labour are Construction Industry Standard qualified holding CSCS cards.
